Monday was my first day since August that I was weak.

Last time I did my 5x5... I killed 295 all 5 reps of 5 sets.

        Monday I hit 4, 5, 4, 3, and finished by repping out 225 for 13.

Failed.... However... I was sweating, my metabolism was peaked and my muscles were engaged... I felt a massive drain of energy in the gym, but Im not gonna let it get to me.

        Ready to go today.

Do you do any boxing exercises Reed? I do some weight training but I find it's too boring for me - I'd much rather be hitting the bag, shadow boxing, working on footwork, etc

How can you get SO much stronger despite a starvation diet and enormous daily caloric deficits? You'd have to be superhuman.

On websites dedicated to powerlifting and bodybuilding, guys who actually post videos of themselves performing lifts and on stage unanimously agree that the kind of strength gains you propose making, despite such caloric deficits, would be impossible even if you were using race-horse dose sizes of steroids.

Sorry, but you are fibbing, either in terms of your diet or strength gains or both.

Dont really care what you think to be honest.

I just told you i havent stuck to my diet.. ive maintained the same weight this whole time.

Ill take it as a compliment because i know what i have done and so do the people that i lift with.

Also im not sure what you find so ridiculous im not benching anything astronomical.. a max of 340 at 195 i think is good but by no means anything to look at as steroids lmao.

Omar isuf on youtube just did 340 at 180lbs
