Rockin' is straight up with advices!
3lbs in your hand is to much never more than 1 pound! And honestly 3 maybe 4 times a week when your just shrugging abit is ok or rolling your shoulders. Hand weights and ankle weights can cause more harm than good! Use your body weight to throw around! Chin ups with different width grips. Sit up incline, decline off the roof of a building use your imagoination. BUT always think through what your doing when its a new exercise!!!!
I second don't throw hands until you have instruction on technique!!!! Theres alot to just hitting a bag than "just hitting a bag"! Elbows down, pronating punch, shoulders turns, hips turn, pivot foot..............lots to know so don't start something you don't really know about!!! good luck, find a gym.
What town/city are you in I might know the area! Ray.

With all of the exercises you have listed that are bodyweight I would suggest just doing weight lifting, you will get better results, quicker.

      Just my opinion.

i would just add watching boxing fights on youtube and just trying to gain a better understanding of the game. im sure you can fight ameture and carry on with ju jistsu, both are more mental than physical, so just train the mind as much as possible on both and physically you should be fine to do both. also iv seen loads of guys that are proper rubbish at boxing weather it ameture/unlicensed or pro. you cant do any worse than whats already been.

You know, I used to have respect for you. Your posts were educated, intelligent, and thoughtful. People actually benefited from your advice. But somewhere along the way, you fell apart. You had the talent to become a good poster, but instead of that, you become a legbreaker to some cheap, second rate loan shark! It's a waste of life! You know what you are? A tomato! Yeah, and I'm running a website here, not a soup kitchen.

elements of a safe, effective workout program are Regularity, strength, and time or length, Do not speed up your exercise too quickly, If you are obese and out of fitness....
