Give him a shout! He has a gym in Cinncy and he's very approachable!!
Can't think who trained him but I remember him in the amatuers and he beat up pretty much everybody I think he was 175 and 15 as a amatuer! Some ridiculous numbers, I think he beat Leonard and Hearns back then!!
Call him up or go to his site!!! Ray.

Aaron Pryor is my fav fighter and he was trained by Panama Lewis but I'm not sure if it was his whole career. I ran into a book in Barnes and nobles which had training regiments foray world champs. I'm not exactly sure what it was but I was like an hour run each morning with breakfast after followed by a nap. He trained at the gym later in the day for about an hour and a half. I just remember nothing standing out from the rest of the world champs. The guy was just extremely confident and was extremely mentally strong. Not to mention that he was always improvising on combinations during the fight. Even he didn't know what he was going to throw until he threw it(one of his peers mentioned this I forget who).
