The beginning of the video is one of the basic methods used to stop or atleast to slow outside laterial movement! Thats simply to throw a punch "into" the opponents direction! However GGG is a little far away alot of times but that encounter was fairly safe because his opponent was strictly on the defense and running. You can control a fighters by using your jab as a rutter and actually letting the opponent get away and there by setting up a false sence of security then closing the distance and getting closer to land harder punches!
It is fun for me to watch GGG box because theres so few effective boxers who pressure and fight within a boxing style. Thank you Barry for posting this.
