          Golden rule; can you box?

          If not, don't bother starting. Wait until you've been to a gym and learnt proper technique, if not - continue...

          You can use the various bags (heavy, speed, double-end, reflex etc), skipping rope and set up footwork drills using ladders etc. I don't really understand the question, best as in what?

          Look at your game, see what needs improving on and work on it. Use the internet to find other training methods that may be a bit original but could possibly suit your location.

              And I have done boxing gym
              But now I wanna learn at home simple as and yes I know the technique etc
