I love listening to your Videos, paulies got a decent jab broners defence is vulnerable to jabs. Mayweather had a Hard time with oscar dela hoyas jab and cottos jab. And he keeps the left hand up against more against southpaws because he knows he's more vulnerable to straight lefts. Paulie has faster feet than broner id have him feinting and jabbing and moving alot and watch for broner as he likes to do a small step back and shoot the left hook as the fighter comes in. I do feel broner will have problems with paulie early on but he might catch him later on. Paulie has to rely on outboxing his opponents because his power isn't that great and he has done a good job of it his whole career.

My game plan if I were training Paulie?

Yes how would you drill/train/condition Paulie to fight Adrien Broner?

If you were Paulie's head trainer in this fight how would you train/implement your game plan?

Im sure your more than welcome to get on a more reasonable forum like the 1 we are on and see what I'm talking about.

At first glance, It looks as though no major changes to Paulie's style are required.
Paulie may be able to use his jab and lateral movement to keep Broner at distance and then tie him up on the inside. So drills focusing on lateral movement (pivots / side steps after short combos) would be a focus.
However, I expect Broner to be well prepared for this.
Option 2 depends on how strong Broner is at the weight and how well Paulie can handle Broner's power (and if Paulie can get Broners respect!!!). Option 2 would involve trying to pressure Broner and outwork him at specific times to win each round.
For example, I would have Paulie using his jab and movement for the majority of the round but at various times really upping the work rate and attack with short combo's before moving off / changing angle and attacking again and again (double / tripple attacks). Really putting the pressure on Broner making him fight at a pace he doesn't want to for a limited period. If he can do this successfully for the first part of the round and then get back on his bike, Broner will have no option but try and force it for the rest of the round in order to win it. Here Paulie, may be able to take advantage if Broner gets impatient trying to get back in the round.
Hope that makes sense.
