    vertical jab

    I know there's a ton of jabs but I came across a trainer talking about a variation I haven't seen before. He calls it a vertical jab, thumb up,no turn in fist. He said its less predictable.

    Anyone see this before,thoughts? Any fighters actually use this?

    Do you mean spear jab from underneath?

      Doesnt jack dempsey write about something like in his book because he believes the powerline is in the two smallest knuckles
