cor i never thought that if i couldn't go to a gym i could do sit ups and press ups. your a genius.

That's pretty much how I work out.
You can replace some of these exercises with others for variety from time to time (like replace squats with lunges and situps with scissor kicks for example) but it's a good foundational routine that covers the entire body.
