    hi just wondering if anyones got any good methods for preventing boxing related injuries. i train my shin muscles every now and then to stop from shin splints and always work out my lower back when im working out my stomach because i find too many sit ups without back exercises can lead to a bad back. just wondering what the most common boxing injurys where and if you'v suffered them what you do now to prevent it happening. thanks
