I've been taking omega 3 fish oil liquid I was going to buy the capsules but i was told by the sales person at vitamin shoppe to take the liquid because your body digests it better I don't know if theres any truth to that or not. Been taking it for a few months for joints and I was also told it was good for brain health. I dont know if i can tell any difference as far as my joints I take glucosomine chondroitin sulfate for those (i have horrible shoulder and elbow problems) and that seems to help
