People who say it works are usually the ones who aren't putting effort or time into what they are doing anyways.
You're talking out of your azz. You're only going by what you see on YouTube.

Crossfit is a workout concept that has been around forever. They just slapped a fancy name on it, and charge people out the wazoo to join their gyms while being elitist, entitled douchebags and doing complex technical lifts with terrible form.

Most Crossfit gym owners and instructors don't have any real education or accredited training experience and aren't qualified to teach anybody how to run on a treadmill let alone perform a incredibly technical lift like the Clean and Jerk.

I'm sure there are some Crossfit gyms and athletes who know what they are doing, but for the most part they are basically the hipsters of the weight lifting community. Annoying, arrogant douches.

There are smarter and safer ways to get in shape. Doing Crossfit is sure way to get seriously injured.

You are better off doing a program like Madcow 5x5, Wendler 5/3/1, Bill Starr 5x5, WS4SB and then just incorporate conditioning on your off days.

Have you ever done Crossfit? Or are you going by what you see on YouTube? In my gym all I see is good form.

I've dropped in on 2 Crossfit gyms in my area and I've seen some pretty terrible form and I'm pretty confident in saying that your form on the Oly Lifts probably sucks too.
