    Ive mainly been trying to get the hip rotation down, and soemtimes I feel my calves and quads contract strongly sometimes its all hip/rotation and no noticible leg drive.

    How do I get max leg into my punches?

    work on it on the heavy bag
    "sit on your punches" = slightly squat nd drive up & into your punc(es)
