    Boxing Fitness Circuits

    So heres a circuit we usually do at the end of our boxing sessions

    20 Reps of each no rest between exercise

    - standard pushups
    - v ups
    - squat thrusts
    - heart pushupss
    - sit ups
    - split jumps
    - wide arm pushups
    - situp cruches (move legs at same time)
    - burpees

    (We would then drop this to 15/10s and do the circuit again after a few mins rest)

    Then usually

    2 - 3 Min Plank Standard
    2 Min Plank Each Side

    Please post some good boxing circuits that you do?

    We do something similar 10 exercises 10 of each they call it a ton up , it's good to see our gym does what other gyms are doing

      Haha ... I think every gym in the country does this or something very similar.
