    Good bodyweight exercise routines?

Post them here if you have had good experiences with any.

Here's one I like from John Romaniello.

    Bodyweight squats: 15 reps
    Push-ups: 15 reps
    Plank: hold for 30 seconds
    Jumping Jacks: 20 reps
Bodyweight Reverse Lunges: 10 reps per leg
Lying Hip Raise (double or single leg): 15 reps

Perform a total of 6 circuits. Resting 45 seconds between circuits.

Great Gama pushups (also known as Hindu pushups) are a great exercise.

Those plus Hindu pushups and some situps give good **** for your buck for those who want to keep it simple. I've gone periods of time where that is all I did and I felt great.

Add diamond push ups and close, shoulder, and wide grip pull ups. Also, chin ups.
