yeah i'm pretty happy with it, I wasn't as strict as I could have been, didn't do as much cardio as I could have done.
My resistance training was hampered by a horrible infection from tonsilitis that made me a feverish wreck for the better part of 2 weeks, then my shoulder went bung which ****ed me up when I had sort of just started to really get into it.
But yeah, all things considered i would have taken this end result of PHASE 1, 10 weeks ago
