LOL. Thought that was ironic as well.

Anyways, keep it up. Ive lost about 50 pounds since May of last year, but I wont highjack this thread.

Anyone have any input on when I should start lifting.

I'm aware I'm going to have to increase protein and calories to gain lean muscle, but I want to shed as much fat as possible first?
Start now, you can still lose weight by doing weights. You still burn calories and you can actually get stronger quicker. I'm cutting and I do a good amount of weights. Never felt stronger and fitter. Though I'm not cutting too hard at the moment, im going to start accelerate it in a week. Currently just trying to keep it as clean as possible. Next week i'm going to ramp up my cardio. At the moment I do 15 minutes of cardio and quite a bit of weights. Got a lot of exams at the moment when I do hard cardio I am tired for the rest of the day.

I'm guna combine my cardio with 1 (roughly 2 hour) session of Football (soccer) a week, 3 days of 30 minutes cardio combined with rows/pressups/pullups/dips every session to keep my strength. More full body workouts than isolating one big and one small muscle (Chest/tri's for e.g.).

i would give these two advice, but they'll probably just assume that i am 600 lbs and bedridden, and ignore it.

You guys actually take that shit to heart?

Surprised... didn't think it'd be able to penetrate all that fat surrounding it.
