Does anybody know what an 8 week training routine
I imagine the first week is slow work outs, the last like 4 or 5 is hard core every say
Than u slow things down the final week
Now, how should this go... I'm not training for a fight or anything, I could lose a few pounds, but I don't actually have to
I just wanna know what it feels like to be in fighting shape
So help me out... Be as specific as u feel like being, don't leave out any details
