Very good workout there. Probably more suited to a heavyweight. Only reason I say that is because I can't get my heartrate above 178 unless I do distances greater than mile reps. Getting to 180 within 3 mins would take some doing for a half decent athlete. Perhaps heavyweights can get to a greater BPM quicker due to their size in proportion to running effort? Perhaps I'm wrong there.....

back in the days whan i was competing we had some minums required before my trainer would a-ok us for fighting.
full medical test
3000 meters run bout 1.8miles in minimum 12minutes.
sparring test
and strenght test whan the minimum was something like
1.0 of bodyweight in benchpress
0.8 of bodyweight in militarypress
and 1.2 in squats.Comment
