Advice on wrapping hands with gauze and tape.

Wondering if someone with experience can advise me on properly wrapping hands with tape and gauze.

    Is this technique correct?

    Thanks for any help.

Outside of making sure you are within the regulations of the amtuer or pro specifications, there is no right or wrong way to do it.

I have my own way I have learned over the years and I have seen literally a thousand different ways trainers and fighters do it.

It's what feels comfortable and what's within the rules.
