    Green Vegetables are the good sources of the proteins.
    These natural vegetables can be use to turn the fat into muscles.
    The vegetables which are rich in proteins are clothes, green spinach, cauliflower, beans, green spinach, beans, and mushrooms.

    Hello friends i know that vegetables provide us more energy and also vitamin's.But i can't eat most green vegetables.Even though it tastes bad to me, but I start to expertise sick after a while. Do I feel like this because vegetables flavor bad to me, or could there be some other explanation?Thanks for sharing!!
