    Training and Nutrition Don't Get No Love on This Board

    Damn I ain't neva seen more than 20 people viewing, all other have over 100 at any given time. Weird. I'm Not bitching, just observing.

    Lots of armchair boxers, not enough real boxers ar even people that train for fun and to be fit, I guess.

            No offense, but I think the Training and Nutrition sections suck BALLS, because we have no experts that we can get help from, at rossboxing, everyone is a fighter so it's more active, but BS is one of the best places for speaking boxing,,

              thats true like 3/4 of the people here who claim to be "boxers" no **** all about muscle building

                    I specifically said proper . Proper may not be proper by the standards of a nutritionist, but whoever told you that is speaking the half truth if you ask me.

                    You definetly need the fat content and the high energy content from some bad foods to be able to bulk up a little.
