Looks tasty, I've never tried Buffalo beef before. Any type of beef would be great in the morning as it makes you feel full so you won't be snacking. Have you tried the eggs with Turkey instead? It's higher in Protein with similar fat levels.Comment

Olive oil is good too. Hemp as well. Look into them for some variety.
I drink hemp protein shakes when I can't be a baller and afford bison meat lol.
It looks delicous, though Trigg. I had to settle for a water bottle and fruit here at work. Craving some protein rich foodsComment
