    Oi

    I ve been trying for quite some time to hit 178 pounds currently weighing 162 at 6'2. I'm pretty lean and ripped so i will try to put it in muscle but i'm having a hard time with it since i mostly only know how to drop weight, not gain it.

    Should i buy some whey protein since due to my working hours i don't always get to have the required protein i need from food. I work in american time here in europe so from 3 pm to 11 pm or 6 pm on depending on my shift....i eat healthy as well mostly boiled vegs/turkey/tuna/chicken and the jazz.

    I will start lifting more often and boxing less untill i hit the weight but my question is should i get some whey or other protein supplements?

      I'm going to buy Casein Protein, I heard it's good to take before going to sleep since it digests slow.

        I'm at 16% body fat right now, my goal is 10%. I also want to gain muscle mass.

          i am at around 10% was about 17% 6 months ago. lost a lot of weight in fat not want to put it back in muscle
