          I have no problem with people who lift weights. If a boxer lifts and it works for him, great.

          This thread is simply to mock the likes of ZeeBrah and Jack3d, guys who have no meaningful boxing experience, who come on here and insist that every boxer needs to lift weights, period. ZeeBrah actually said that "Any boxer who doesn't lift weights is an idiot". Someone like that needs to be mocked and ridiculed, and I'm the right man for that job.

            I already wrote on the other thread - but the bottom line is - it is great boxers to do explosive training - lets say jumps with the bar, any olympic weightlifting stuff, kettle-bell snatch, or even something like throwing weights - all increases the impact - it,s the bodybuilding stuff that isn't really beneficial
