Im not too positive what weight im at atm, i know its in the 130-135 range, if i had to guess id say 132. 124 is when i feel like death, i have to really starve/dehydrate myself to fet to that and once i do its no bueno. I think if i were to compete, id rather save a few pounds and fell healthy/strong.
dude problem i had was that when i was heavy it was all gym weight, so i lost it very quickly with all the boxing. At 154 i was a bit too small coz the guys where naturally bigger and could hold that weight better, at 140 is where i felt that i was strong and my punching power plus physical strenght was maximised.

I'm definitely 210, I weigh myself every day.

And really? LOL, most people who guess my weight think I'm like 240.

Isn't 5% pretty close to essential fats? But if you say you get it checked often I can't argue

I get checked once a month, but with that said its very possible theres an element of innacuracy to it. Its just a number to me, its not sonething i hang my hat on. To say im in the 7-10 percent is fine by me, if i had to guess id say i am closer to 7 than i am 10. I was just curious, and am guessing there is, a correlation between bodyfat percentage and how much you are able to cut.

                My 2 pence is,

Sounds like it's an elctro current device, the only true test for body fat is displacement.

I measure about 8-9% on one of these devices.
                I weigh about 12 1/2 stone and I'm 6ft 3" so pretty skinny.
I run 3 times a week, and do a 50 plus mile bike ride a week at about 20 mph average.
5% is essential fat around the organs.
With these two facts I would suggest there is almost no way you could be 5% body fat.
So your question is rather strange can you clarify cut?

Not cut in the bodybuilding sense, but in the fighting sense trying to make a division. Im interested in knowing what your bf percentage is, and how much weight you can drop healthily to make a division. It seems all boxers, even if they are solid built with lowish bodyfat, drop 10-20 lbs. Im guessing the more you weigh/bigger you are, the more you can afford to lose or something.

Lets just say im at 7-10 percent, i can only drop 5-7 or so pounds before i feel like death.
