Nice, I'll give it a look. I mostly made this up trying to focus on explosive movements and focusing on the lower body. I did take some parts of it from different articles I read on T-Nation
I don't proper take good care of the divided, but your schedule looks good as far as the workouts go. One factor id recommend, on your back/chest day, consider pullups to be your substance, doing them first and going onto other returning workouts afterwards.
