i kind of disprespect "fighters" who try to look at what legends like foreman, duran and toney did, and try to compare ourselves to them..we are NOT them.
like people talking about imitating mayweather in sparring...i've never seen an amateur in real life with reflexes like him.
honestly, regular, nonextraordinary guys like us should stick to the basics, and conditioning(roadwork) is one of the most important, imo.
during roadwork is when i usually find the inner peace, alone and thinking about the last sparring session/fight and the next ones to come.
