2-3 times a week..we do monday and friday at my gym. We go for four 3 min rounds.

Sparring Question??? how long how many times a week?how Hard?

Point blank, the human body is not made to get punched in the head every day, each punch you recieve even the slightest jab kills brain cells..
I spar a minimal of 1 time per week, maximum of 3 times a week, monday, wednesday and friday, to give my body rest in between
sparring every day will improve your endurance, but not your health, and it will lead you to develope bad habits, same goes for sparring the same person over and over
like Roy Jones says, Roosters are like people, you spar them too much consistantly and on game day, the bad habits they were able to get away with in sparring, they arent able to get away with in the real fight, and they get hurt
