    whats your best pre workout?

    a few no no's for me are

    jack 3d: stimulant only
    craze: propitiatory blend of 4000mg so most of its probably creatine mono with sprinkles of the stuff you really want

    my opinion for me and boxing training in general its between Demigod sports specific nutrients and muscle pharm; personally im swayed towards demigod because they have a formula for boxers only where as muscle pharm try to cater for athletes and bodybuilders

    anyone got any others that they'd swear by? or reccomend

    if i use anything it's straight creatine and a dextrose tablet as far as a pre-work out.

              As for catering towards "bodybuilders and powerlifters", that's a load of BS. You can still eat/train/supplement like a bodybuilder, powerlifter or powerbuilder and be a great boxer/fighter. Sports-specific strength training is a myth.

                Well 1,3 is actually a banned substance now as of a month or two ago. Whatever you have that contains 1,3 it's probably the last of it.

                So if you find any, I'd stock up.

                  I know it's banned, I still take it, IDGAF. Same with OxyElitePro. Only time I stop taking either is about a month before the NCAA tests us.

                    zeebrah, its far from a myth, just because you dont know how its done doesn't make it a myth, hence why theirs lucrative careers in specialised strength conditioning, if it was a case of it was all the same then pro camps would just sign up successful ballet strength coaches.

                    and if you wanna eat, and supplement like a bodybuilder good luck to you and your poor kidneys
