are u fit for ur fights when you fight, meaning that you can go hard out in the fight? and if so does the 4x2min rounds do it for uComment

It's not that, your under a lot more stress when in an actual fight. You get tired much quicker, than you would relaxed in the gym wailing on a bag that you know won't hit back.
Bag work is a good preparation tool, but can't duplicate the feeling of a fight. Hard sparring will give you a much better indication of how a fight will feel.Comment

If its a big fight like nationals or state, ill make sure im 110% fit, if its just sum1 ordinary ill probly only be 70% fit.
For your first fite be as fit as you can, you'll lose a bit of fitness from being nervous.
your arms and legs will probly feel weak towards the end. just do explosive intense excerises like hill sprints and hard running 4x2. keep pushing the bag back with non stop uppercuts 4x2 30 sec rest 4x2 hard sparring 30 sec rest.Comment
