    I was wondering if anny of you guys had a strength and condistion programme same as the one olympians use?

    But it doesnt really show you much does anyone else have any videos that could help?

    Strength and conditioning needs to be highly personalized. There are lots of different factors determining what you need to do, so just doing what the Olympic boxers do wont help. What you can learn from these videos is some good ways to achieve goals, then put them together to form a program to work on your weaknesses. I would be very interested in anyone else with mroe videos like this though
