Hi guys, so I decided about 6 months ago to take up boxing, I've always loved the sport and looking back now I cant understand why it took so long to get started!
Anyway, I'm getting to the stage where I and my coaches are wanting me to spar, not a problem, being punched never bothered me in any of the combat sports I did in the past, but in the past I had a full set of pearly whites.
To cut a long story short I had a bit of a mishap one day and I've been left with a grand total of eight teeth ( all on the bottom) and they are'nt what they once were either and will probably go the way of my top teeth
Now my question is what gum shield is best for me?
I dont really want to go back to the dentists to give them leeching bastards any more money than I already have, and the custom ones are a bit out of my price range atm.
