Do as much running as you can.

Find a jump rope if you can, and use it for 3 minute rounds, resting 30 seconds in between each round.

Go find some monkey bars / construction sites and do pull-ups, chin-ups etc. You can even do some ab-work on monkey bars - if you're not heavy - by locking your legs in the outer bars and pulling your upper body up above your hips. Try doing these exercises as fast as you can, because if you want to train for boxing, it's the "burst power" you want, not "push strength". Also do some fast push-ups, sit-ups etc.

Make shadow sparring interesting. I like doing it down steps, tennis balls help too. If you have 2 hand-sized balls, try juggling and catching the balls as fast as you can (like, throw with your left and catch with your right and vice-versa), but when you catch them, turn your thumbs to the ground, so you are training the muscles you use for straight punches. Work on your footwork and "spring" (move in and OUT quick). I like to throw balls to the max distance I can punch while shuffling backwards so I got to spring to work on counter jabs/crosses.

That's mostly what I did without a gym lol

They may have someone that performs with them, or they'll know someone. Police usually pay interest to who's exercising martial artists.

If you can't afford to go to the gym then do your exercise even at home. It is more cheaper if you will spend your hours at home. Losing weight cannot be seen only in the gym, house, park those are the lists that you can do different exercises.
