    Hi guys,

    I need some help for a boxing meal plan. I am 1,70 CM ( Around 5'57 ) and weight 123 LB.

    I want to stay around the same weight and maybe pack a few pounds but not lose it ( I have a high metabolism )

    I jog 5 times a week at 4 AM, and have boxing lessons on Monday ( 6;30pm ), Tuesday ( 7;30 pm ) and Thursday ( 6;30pm ) all 3 days are 1 hour but very intens.

    I start jogging 4 am, come back at 5 then eat oatmeal and drink a few cups of water then I go sleep again. After this I just eat junk and crap all day cause I have no idea what to eat and when to eat..

    I was thinking of buying flaxseed and protein powder but it would be nice if someone could tell me what I should be eating at what time

      Hi thanks for the quick reply,

      I have read alot of those links in the link u put up, but the problem is I dont know what to eat.. All those links refer to how much carbs/protein you must take but I have no idea whatsoever as in where should I start and what kinda food I should eat.
