Can you adjust the height on a double-end bag ?

Can you adjust the height of the double end bag according to the person's height?. I've never had to install one and I just want to know. Thank you.

Yes. Use a longer band on either the top or the bottom, as the case may be, tie knots in them to make adjustments, to tighten them as needed. Ringside used to sell adjustable straps for them.
