    im 240 trying to lose weight,trying to get down to 200 or lower in five months what can i do,i have a gym membership.I dont work but stay up late a lot what can i do to lose weight and better my condition.Any tips

    chill out eating fast food, drink a lot of water, run with a sweat suit on, or throw a lot of punches shadow boxing or at a bag with a sweat suit on.

      Control your calories it the most important thing, ive lost over 80 pounds in the last year give or take this is pretty much what ive done.

      1500 calories a day one cheat day/meal a week. My workout routine varies and it changes each week pretty much. I have a physical job tho so id suggest you get some good workouts in if you dont.

      1. Do HIIT When you wake up, it kickstarts your metabolism for the day.
      2. Get a good nights sleep
      3. Spread your 1500-1800 calories throughout the day, eat every 3 hours or so, smaller but more often is better
      4. Take photos and measurements, sometimes I didnt lose a single pound for like 2-3 weeks but i lost fat + added muscle = No weight change and sometimes a weight gain.

        Here is the schedule I would run for 40lbs in that time period.
        6am
        Start your day with a nice 2-3 mile jog.
        Get back shower and go back to sleep
        9am wake up again
        Breakfast
        Oatmeal
        G****fruit
        Lean bacon

        11am
        10 two minute rounds on the heavybag with one minute rest in between rounds
        11:45am Lunch:
        1 chicken breast
        1 cup brown rice
        1 cup broccoli

        3pm:
        1 apple
        1 chicken breast
        1/2 cup brown rice
        1 cup vegetables
        6pm
        Weights or floor exercises
        Try and get a solid routine if weights a five day split would be good shoot for 1 hour of lifting.
        If floor exercises try for circuit style training with pushups/dips/pullups or Inverted rows/ and body weight squats or box jumps with 1 minute in between rounds
        Post workout meal:
        1/2 lb lean beef
        1 sweat potato
        1 apple

        8pm
        Jumprope HIIT 30 second on 1 minute off to start but eventually you will be able to hit 2 minutes on 1 minute off. Start with 5 rounds work your way to 10 rounds then you can increase time on.
        Post workout meal
        I like fruit smoothies at this time for a sweet desert
        1/4 cup frozen strawberries
        1/4 cup frozen cherries
        1 banana
        1/2 cup milk
        30g vanilla protein
        3 tsp flax seed
        You can add more milk to make less thick.

        8:30pm
        Watch tv and then pass out


        Do this monday through friday then cut out the weights and heavy bag work for saturday and sunday but keep the jogging.

          Control your diet first its really matters what you eat.Try to avoid fast food and calories food.Just eat vegetables,fruits,juices which makes your body fit and control your calories.Do some physical exercise like running,boxing,jogging,gym,etc,its helps you to burn your extra fat.This is the best way for weight loss and calories burn.
