  • routine for a beginner

    hey could anyone tell me good routine for a beginner i don't have the money for a club membership so i can't go to one yet but there's a bag dumbbells bar+bench chin up bar exercise ball and rope in the house and i go cycling or jogging for Cardio twice a week all advice is welcome cheers

    routine for what? What is your goals?

      oops thought i said id like to build my strength and endurance and put on a little bit of muscle
