  • How to cut weight pre weigh in?

I'm not planning on doing it since I have no reason to, but if I had to for whatever reason how do you do it?

    What do fighters do?

I mean guys come in on fight night up to 20lb heavier sometimes...

I know myself I can drop up to 5-6lb in one day if I have to. I cut fluids, make sure I **** plenty and simply cut food and have filling snacks.

What do fighters do? Do they take something? Whats the process?

Basically, they put on a sweat suit and just exercise like crazy.

Dear cutting foods and doing regular exercise these are the best way to keep weight at a normal level. Eat simple foods like vegetables, fruits, nuts these are mostly used items in eating dishes. Try to burn more calories by doing exercise and also by training session.

There's a few little tricks you can use to get weight off fast, I think fighters usually choose a few of their favourite techniques and combine them together.

Cutting carbs around a week out is always a good shout so your body holds less water. You can also start water loading around this point (drinking around 10L a day). Your body will get used to going to the toilet every 30 minutes, so when you cut water out a few days before the weigh in you'll end up pissing out more then you've taking in.

Closer to the weigh in you've got saunas, salt baths, spitting in a bottle etc.

To be honest though, I think a lot of people are cutting way too much weight these days so they can come in heavier but it ends up taxing their performances. Using a drip to rehydrate is starting to be the latest craze.

PM if your interested into getting a cleanse package. Its great for losing weight and cleansing the toxins out of your body. It's awesome. I used it for when I came back from a week Vegas over the Cinco De Mayo weekend. I also use many other products by the company but hit me up if your interested.
