    I don't know what the **** i'm doing w/o a trainer but I need to stay fit and I need to hit the bag . I need to know what are the things I can keep doing and things I can not.

    One thing that will really help is if you sit on your punches. Put more weight on the back foot and don't let it leave the ground when you punch. Pivot your feet into the ground and turn your hips with punches. Even straight punches like jabs use a little hip thrust turn.

    I do like that you are conditioned enough to not be fully exhausted after a 3 min round.
