Well fat is the opposite of muscle right. And everyone knows to add chest muscle you got to do bench presses. So what you want to do to kill chest fat is reverse upsidedown bench presses.

This guy is doing them and he has almost no chest fat

You can't spot-burn fat, get a lifting program, along with push ups and a strict diet, and you're golden.

Reverse upside-down bench presses are my favourite exercise. Nothing seems to turn fat into muscle like 'em. Horizontal reverse upright rows work well too.

Check your diet, if you're having a hard time losing that last bit of fat but are in otherwise pretty rockin shape... its almost always your diet.

The best fat burner is muscle so you want to get pumping your chest .You should beable to start burning overnight easy .Do 10 sets of 20 push-ups and you'll sen results .Then start working on advanced pushups ( elbows in ) diamond etc and you'll get more results .

You can't target specific areas for fat loss. The only thing you can do is workout hard and eat clean. Green Tea Extract and Caffeine also helps in conjunction with the other two.

one, fat does not turn into muscle, and two, the reverse bench press upside down thing or whatever it is the guy said is called a bent barbell row, and it is a tremendous exercise...for the upper back, nothing to do with chest, but still is tremendous nevertheless. if you wanna lose fat, you diet, and then you diet some more. fat does not turn into muscle, never has and never will. work hard and do lots of cardio, not just slow intensity jogging, but throw in some sprints, tabata intervals, burpees, etc. theres tons of information out there, but one thing to always remember, you can not spot burn fat, ever! good luck!
