Im very conscious about eating habits. I mostly use salad, glass of juice, rice with chicken, 3 to 4 glass of water because it help to keep calories at a certain level.
I suggest to all of you that must very take in eating perspective. Use all those foods which are best and neglect all the fat, high cholesterol and over protein.

im usually not afraid to eat a big lunch, knowing that i have the rest of the day to digest and burn, and also knowing that i need energy for the evening gym session.
even though i try to maintain a clean diet, i might eat a big burrito from chipotle with extra meat during my lunch break at work. otherwise, ill have a sandwich packed from home consisting of whole wheat bread, mustard, lettuce,tomatoe, reduced fat miracle whip and some type of lunch meat. a bag of chips on the side("riceworks") and a big orange/apple juice to wash it down.

fruit, protein. whether it is tuna, sardines, chicken breast or even a powder. water - 2 L. then a shake afterwards till dinner. if i am going at night i don't eat anything until after i am done aside from maybe some cashews or almonds.
