  • Me hitting the bag,

hitting the bag after a quick leg work out.

despite already being winded before i hit the bag i noticed my cardio sucks haha

more head movement, more straight punches at distance 1-2's

    pivot out/off quicker

work my way in the bag

i guess the little things u dont do when u start getting tired.

my legs were done but i see i need to rotate my back foot and hips more 2

i got very lazy with my legs, im dragging them.

any critique good or bad is welcomed.

i try to fight inside cause my reach is horrible, i know fools half my size with longer reach than me, i got to work on GETTING inside tho, move bob and weaves then coming inside and doing damage.

The way you throw your left hook to the head is more of a slap; I think that is due to the way you are turning your wrist. Someday that will cause you to sprain your wrist and probably jam up the small knuckles on that hand as well.
When you are throwing combinations, you are throwing them off your front foot. That is why you wave your right hand instead of turning on it. The weight has to go from foot to foot, and you make that hard to accomplish because you don't bring your right foot up. You step in with your left foot and start punching, but don't move your right foot up as well. So your weight doesn't transfer.

Hook doesn't look like a slap to me, I think it's cuz he lands it with his palm facing down It never feels like I can generate enough power throwing my hooks like that I feel more comfortable throwing them with my palm facing me but hey everyone's different

yea especially in the 3rd video where u see my legs i notice i have most my weight on the front foot when throwing a combo and dont transfer my weight to the back then forward, forward then back...

great pick up thanks. i got very lazy with my legs as u can see i was dragging them, ill practice today very slow on transferring the weight from foot to foot with every punch

          good looking

i dont fight, im 200lbs wishing i was bout 175 tho.

other than one of my homeboys training me i never had a trainer, just learned from what my homebody taught me and going to the boxing gym and do my own thing.. i moved from where my homeboy lives at so i dont really see him as often.

i had the bad luck of going to every boxing gym that isnt good in miami haha, its hard to find a dope spot. i been to a gym where the "trainer" is too busy playing solitaire on the computer and the other gym i went too the trainers finishes up when im getting in 3pm-6pm schedule...

                so ive been stuck

                  real solid work loco

most of the main indicators have already been mentioned.

and even though u said u weren't putting ur weight behind it, u were still "popping" ur combinations, which is a good sign..it means once u start puttin something behind them you'll set them up even nicer

as far as throwing the hook, u throw the hook the way u feel the most comfortable. just remember, ur hips will always be slightly ahead of the hook, "sling" it, don't "push" it. so rotate ,rotate rotate and work off the momentum. also, make sure ur body is set to throw the hook (left), don't dip right and then throw it, ur gonna generate less power.

the best thing to do when working on shifting the weight from foot to foot is doing it slowly like u said, and repeating the combinations. get on the tire, the tire is ur best friend lol

overall good s**t chico we gonna have to get this work in, what gym was this at by the way?

To be fair your doing real good considering the fact you have no trainer a lot better looking than some of the fighters at my gym good to see you've stayed committed to it where your training that looks like a gym are there no trainers there?
