I was trying to understand why I gas so quickly, so some one recommended me to check on what I'm lacking in, and my question right after that comment was How do I find out what I'm lacking in?, he told me "Go for a run. What burns out first, legs or lungs? ", and it took me less than a second to answer that question, the first thing that burns out is my mind, my head, before I start running I am already tired, and I dont know how to take this block out of my head, I need real motivation, something to go real deep into my mind and turn the machine on, and I dont know how to do it, do you guys know a good hypnosis online s**t, or something.
