All you need to do is to try it for a month, nothing to lose, and you can see the results. This routine is for 3 month, but like I said before in one month you will see the results.

More likely than not, the results from trying it will be that you have grown a vagina.

Have you tried the supinated curl? Really good exercise for building the biceps muscles

Details of how to do it are below, because so many make the mistake of doing this wrong and not activating the biceps muscles...
                1. With a dumbbell in each arm, carefully go into a supinated grip before you start the biceps curl
                2. Place your feet roughly shoulder-width apart
                3. Keep your back straight and look directly ahead (preferably in front of a mirror so you can be amused by your lifting face, and so you can see your form of course…)
                4. Slowly flex your elbow, squeeze your biceps, and curl the weights towards the top of your shoulder keeping the dumbbells parallel to the floor throughout the whole movement. Pretend you’re holding a tray; this will help you to keep the dumbbells parallel to the floor
                5. When you get to the top of the curl slowly lower the dumbbells back to the start position
                6. Repeat this movement for your desired number of reps.
