I read a bunch of reviews on this product. A lot of people claim some strength and energy gains. Haven't read of any of the negative side effects associated with prohormones. I take whey, creatine and eat a ton on workout days. I just started this supplement. Had my best bench workout yet. Plocebo effect?

Probably a little help, but mostly plocebo. Not alot of info out on this stuff that isn't marketing or from the purist angle who don't take anything except fish oil. (which you should take BTW if you're not) Fish Oil/Whey/and a good Multi (IMO, alot of people disagree with multivitamins, and they have a good argument, i'm pro multi & flinstone chewables, I steal my daughters on occasion)

Cool thing is though, You bought it, so keep taking it and let us know what happens now, and when you run out. There might be something to it, but I doubt it does enough to justify the price, otherwise it'd be more main******.

The Diet and Exercise industry is big bucks, buyer beware.
