Hi guys, I need some advice,
I have noticed that my stamina tend to decrease after the 4th round in sparring. I train 3 times a week for 2 hrs and my typical training is heating, jump rope, 5 rounds sparring and 3 round heavy bag - but it tend to change a lot.
