Stop making excuses. I throw hard, solid punches that snap back almost instantly. I can't help I'm so blessed it moves a 125 pound bag to that point. I can tell you without throwing my arm into it I lost most of my power. That's the point of this topic. Throwing a punch into the bag without your arm.

I know this dude that punched this other dude in the stomach so hard it made his brain bleed. they had to take these long ass needles and stick them into the dudes thigh and follow some vein to the brain where they cortorized the bleeding, 18 hours later the dude was alive and could see again.

I know a dude that got punched in the stomach so he punched himself in the face then jumped on the dude bit off his ear and head butted the dude, then as the dude slumped to the ground my friend grabbed a pipe and broke the dudes arm and ribs, then we quickly left.

in a boxing match or just a street fight? if its a boxing match, set a date and a time that we can have access to a ring at a local gym and a certified boxing coach to observe the match, let me know the gym name and ill contact them to make sure everything is taken care of and on the up and up. Ill need atleast 100$ upfront for gas money and booking a hotel room for the night, once everything is confirmed ill give you my paypal address so you can send the 100$, then ill collect the other 200$ when i get down there.

as well I'm 6'4" at 210 lbs, if i actually travel to ******a and your friend backs out, once he meets me, due to my size, i still expect the 300$'s.
