So i just started boxing and im trying to get into pretty good shape so in a few months when im good enough ill be able to keep up during sparring with the other guys in the gym. I dont train like i have a fight coming up just because i would probably burn myself out. Im only looking to be at a good walking around weight
Mon: 2.5 mile run + 250 calf raises, 100 lunges, 100 pushups, 100 leg raises, 100 supermans all bodyweight
Tue: 4 rounds wrecking ball, heavy bag, double end, jump rope, shadow boxing
Wed: rest
Thu:same as tues
Fri:same as mon
Sat: tabata intervals + jog + mon/tues exercises
Sun: rest
Before i started boxing i was lifting weights but stopped. I dont know if what im doing is ok and would help improve my conditioning
