No, it's just a gimmick.

I never used it but it's pretty obvious. The only one that I know of that seems to work is Oxyelite pro(banned apparently) and the original Lipo-6x. Just from what I gather from Bodybuilding.com

when I had to trim down I always opened a big tub of get your ass off of the couch and do something with your lazy ass (aerobic type of exercises). After consuming some of that I open up a tub of eat sensibly and I take those 3 times a day. I'll put my formul up against your "miracle pill" every day of the week........Rockin'
