    Shower question

I've read that cold showers are beneficial, but, would it be a good idea to do so after a workout?

Yea, I heard after a workout aswell it's to aid muscle recovery but it has to be freezing cold! Also research shows that a cold shower every morning will also aid fat loss.

i think its pointless in boxing, especially if youre just training. cold showers or even better cold tubs help reduce soreness, muscle pain and so on. i know nfl players do that all the time but thats because they get hit a lot and the next morning they wake up theyll feel like ****. boxing is different though, if you get hit its basically your head and maybe your body. after a fight it makes a lot of sense but its not worth doing after sparring or training. just my opinion. if your body feels like **** and you feel sore and whatnot, i guess you should try it out it will help definitely.
